MILESTONES & DATES
HR Metal was founded in 2011 to offer precision machining. The company has undergone rapid development and today it offers comprehensive services in many areas of engineering, such as the dynamic and static balancing of rotating parts up to 20 tons, vibrodiagnostic services for all types of machines at our customers’ premises and our own high-quality CNC machining. We cooperate on the production of recycling lines, on various parts for the woodworking and paper industry, and on many types of cylinders, sorters, etc.
2008
GAINING EXPERIENCE
Know-how for balancing
Zdeněk Řepa, the founder and owner of HR Metal, joins DÜRR ECOCLEAN as the head of the balancing centre of the German company Schenck Rotec. This company is considered a leader in the production of balancing machines and has more than a century of experience.
Here, Zdeněk is able to develop his theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of custom balancing on stationary machines. Over time, he works his way through basic operational balancing to much more complex cases involving vibration analysis directly at client’s own premises. Thanks to this experience, he becomes one of the leading Czech balancing experts.
After a while, Zdeněk decides to use his experience and knowledge for his own business.

ON OUR OWN TWO FEET
Zdeněk Řepa starts his own company
The company is initially engaged in locksmithing, toolmaking, machining, and trade in engineering. Soon, it also begins designing and manufacturing its first forming machines.

A NEW VISION
Focus on balancing
Thanks to the continuous improvement of its balancing know-how, the company becomes a domestic leader in this field. The company undergoes dynamic development and today it offers comprehensive services in many areas of engineering, focusing on dynamic and static balancing of rotating parts and operational balancing.
The second division is CNC machining, where we also cooperate on the production of recycling lines, parts for the woodworking and paper industry, and other areas.
