PREDICTIVE MACHINE MEASUREMENT
Vibration diagnostics of your machines
For our customers, we provide predictive maintenance (also known as ‘fitness’ maintenance) for their machinery. It is a modern approach to machine maintenance that uses the latest technologies such as sensors and long-term data collection, as well as analysis over time. The main goal of this predictive maintenance is to predict when and what problems with technical equipment may occur and how to prevent them. This approach allows us to maximize the impact of maintenance activities while minimizing their cost by being able to determine exactly when optimal maintenance should be performed. We will give you clear data on the condition of each piece of your equipment, including a suggested period for further operation, i.e. the time until a possible machine failure prior to any problem occurring.
Time-lapse predictive maintenance data clearly indicate the options for performing maintenance only when it is really needed. A predictive maintenance system automatically alerts you to the need to repair, inspect, or replace a part or bearing when it detects an anomaly in the data, thereby minimizing the amount of unnecessary or inappropriate preventive maintenance. It saves costs by letting us know exactly how to operate a machine and thus reduces the risk of unplanned machine downtime or breakdowns. Predictive maintenance also allows the scheduling of maintenance when it is most convenient for operation, i.e. minimizing impact on productivity.
When is predictive maintenance needed?
The main objective of predictive maintenance is to monitor the actual condition of equipment under long-term load over the course of time, thereby enabling maintenance planning, minimizing unnecessary repairs, and preventing breakdowns (downtime).
Predictive maintenance is performed through vibration diagnostics of the equipment. Measurement is carried out during operation and is a method of carrying out disassembly-free, non-destructive diagnostics on rotating machines and equipment. A good knowledge of the technical condition of the machine will help you decide how much longer you can operate the equipment, or opt instead for downtime and repair. Vibration analysis reveals conditions such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing or gearbox damage, etc.

Our experience and know-how
Our employees have more than 10 years of experience in vibration diagnostics in various areas of industry. We also have deep knowledge in the theory of oscillation and vibration which we can reliably use and apply in practice.
We hold vibration diagnostic certificates.
