Finding and solving the problem

We provide full service for most machinery in every industry. The service always includes an initial diagnosis of the machine and problem-finding, followed by an offer to service the machine or proposed solution to the problem. Then the actual service is carried out on the machine and the problem is fixed. The service is then handed over, including measurement reports from measurements and diagnostics carried out after the service intervention. We also perform overhauls on all machine parts or entire pieces of equipment.

For many years, we have been engaged not only in predictive maintenance but also in the subsequent service of these machines. We offer our customers a full-fledged machine service, including the replacement of worn parts, the replacement or repair of entire machine units, partial or complex repairs of various types of machinery, both in your plant and possibly also at our premises.

• We service machines in all kinds of industry, e.g. the cement industry, automotive industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, etc.
• We are able to provide a complete service – from the repair of covers to the replacement of entire units, the replacement of bearings and their houses, pulleys, belts, motors, fan impellers, gearboxes, crushers, sorters, chippers, etc.
• Using rulers or lasers, we adjust the alignments of all types of machines or just pulleys
• To eliminate vibrations and increase machine life, we balance all types of rotors, i.e. everything that ‘spins’, at our customers’ premises.
• We work across the full speed spectrum of all types of machines, bearings, and other equipment
