Vibration diagnostics of your machines

We implement online vibration monitoring of your machines that are a vital part of your production process. This is a real-time status monitoring system specifically designed for factory control rooms, where maintenance teams monitor operating temperatures, pressures, and other process parameters. Alongside these parameters, the system also provides information about the mechanical condition of your machines. The system detects the most common machine faults, displaying current and historical values in bar graphs using traffic light colours.

It is the optimal solution for managing your operations and preventing breakdowns or production stoppages. We can support you on an ad-hoc basis and provide remote consultations regarding faults and deviations from normal operating conditions, as well as alert you when maintenance is required.
We offer a complete service, including the delivery of online monitoring systems, their installation and commissioning, staff training, and the option to entrust the supervision of your machines to our online monitoring centre.

System Description:

The hardware component of the monitoring system consists of three main parts:

1. Vibration sensor with selectable measurement unit (g, mm/s, mm, mV, etc.)
2. Cabling – primarily shielded twisted-pair cables resistant to chemical and mechanical damage
3. Multi-channel unit

 Vibration sensors are installed at designated locations using screws, adhesive pads, or similar fixtures. The voltage signal from each sensor is transmitted via cables to the terminal block of the unit, which is positioned near the monitored machine (placement is always based on available installation options, but preferably as close as possible to minimize the signal path).

The signal is then processed within the unit and transmitted via Ethernet to the relevant software, either in a format suitable for DDS software, or through an OPC server to the application specified by the customer.
