Thanks to the new balancing machine we have at our centre, we can balance different types of rotors and other elements up to 100 kg. Classic balancing can also include rotor centrifuging above operating speed. Thanks to the guarantee of high-quality work, you eliminate the risk of damage to your equipment while increasing the life of your machines.

How the balancing service works

We perform balancing according to ISO 21940-11 under rotation – both dynamically in two planes and statically in one plane. We also do rotor centrifuging. We work on a horizontal balancing machine that allows the precise balancing of a large range of rotors using its own pins.

We eliminate imbalance by means of balancing pads and by grinding, drilling or milling the material according to the customer’s specifications, or else by welding balancing weights.

What we balance

We perform balancing especially for water turbines (Pelton, Francis, and Kaplan turbines), but also flexible and rigid rotors for balancing cylindrical rotors, such as the armatures of electric motors and any types of rollers or impellers; we also balance rotors for agricultural equipment, rotors of crushers for plastic, stone or wood, pump rotors, etc. We use jig shafts to balance pulleys, flywheels, and gears.
